The courier company will notify you via email. They will provide you with a tracking number. Please ensure to add your email address when placing an order.

How long does shipping take, and how much will it cost me?

Shipping takes on average about 10-12 working days. Shipping costs R60 for up to 3 items and R100 for more than 3 items. Shipping is free for orders over R2000.

Products must be returned within 5 days of receiving if customer wishes to exchange.

If you’d like to exchange for a different size or return the product, you will be responsible for the return courier cost. 

Customer can choose any courier company of their choice. Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed. 

If the item is to be exchanged for a different size, the new item will be sent upon receipt of the returned parcel

Yes, as long as you have the correct size on, you will never have a problem with it not being squat-proof.
